SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Most Same Shirt Society products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the size and complexity of the order. Any estimated production timeline provided during the customization process is an estimate and may vary.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are generally 3–7 business days within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

During holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control, production and shipping may take longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed. Any free-shipping promotions or thresholds will be applied automatically when the order qualifies.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOM & LARGE ORDERS

Custom, personalized, and large group orders may have different production and shipping timelines. If your order is needed for a specific event or date, please contact us before placing your order so we can help determine whether the requested timeline can reasonably be accommodated.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Same Shirt Society is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
